Rental Requirements
You must be at least 25 years old to rent any vehicle from our fleet. All drivers must present a valid driver's license and a major credit card in their name. International licenses are accepted with a valid passport.
You'll need a valid driver's license (US or international), a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) in your name, proof of full-coverage auto insurance, and a valid ID or passport. All documents are verified at the time of delivery.
Yes! We welcome international visitors and accept valid driver's licenses from most countries. We recommend also carrying an International Driving Permit (IDP) along with your passport for identification purposes.
Additional drivers can be added to the rental agreement for a fee. Each additional driver must meet our age requirements, present a valid license, and be approved during the booking process.
Yes, a security deposit is required and varies by vehicle: $2,500-$5,000 for sports cars and SUVs, $5,000-$10,000 for exotic supercars, and $7,500-$15,000 for ultra-luxury vehicles like Rolls-Royce. The deposit is held on your credit card and released within 5-7 business days after the rental.
Insurance & Coverage
Full-coverage auto insurance is required for all rentals. This includes comprehensive and collision coverage with limits sufficient to cover the vehicle's value. If your personal insurance doesn't cover exotic vehicles, we offer supplemental coverage options.
Many personal auto insurance policies have vehicle value limits that may not cover exotic cars. We recommend contacting your insurance provider before booking to confirm coverage. If your policy doesn't cover the full value, we offer supplemental insurance.
Yes, we offer comprehensive supplemental insurance packages ranging from $75-$200 per day depending on the vehicle. This covers collision damage, theft, and liability up to the vehicle's full value.
Any damage must be reported immediately. If you have adequate insurance coverage, your insurance will handle the claim. The security deposit may be held until the claim is resolved. We document the vehicle's condition before and after every rental.
Some premium credit cards offer rental car coverage, but exotic and luxury vehicles are often excluded from these benefits. We recommend checking with your credit card company specifically about coverage for high-value vehicles before relying on this option.
Delivery & Pickup
Yes! We offer complimentary delivery and pickup throughout all of South Florida, including Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. We deliver to airports (MIA, FLL, PBI), hotels, residences, offices, and event venues.
We deliver to all three major South Florida airports: Miami International Airport (MIA), Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), and Palm Beach International Airport (PBI). Our team meets you at the terminal for a seamless handoff.
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance for standard rentals and 3-4 weeks for peak seasons (December-April, Art Basel, Ultra Music Festival, boat shows). Last-minute bookings are accommodated when vehicles are available.
Yes, you're welcome to pick up your vehicle at our Miami location at 1200 Brickell Avenue. However, most clients prefer our complimentary delivery service for maximum convenience.
Our standard delivery hours are 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week. Early morning and late-night deliveries can be arranged for an additional fee. We accommodate flight arrivals at any time.
Pricing & Payments
Our minimum rental period is 24 hours (one day). We also offer weekly rates (7+ days) and monthly rates (30+ days) with significant discounts. Weekend specials (Friday-Monday) are available for select vehicles.
Most of our vehicles come with generous mileage allowances. Daily rentals typically include 150 miles per day, while weekly and monthly rentals often include unlimited mileage. Additional miles are charged at $1-$3 per mile depending on the vehicle.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) for both payment and security deposit. Wire transfers are accepted for extended rentals. We do not accept debit cards, cash, or cryptocurrency for exotic vehicle rentals.
Yes! We offer significant discounts for extended rentals: 10-15% off for weekly rentals (7+ days) and 20-30% off for monthly rentals (30+ days). Contact us for a custom quote on extended rental periods.
Vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel and should be returned with a full tank. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, a refueling charge will apply. All our exotic vehicles require premium fuel (91+ octane).
Policies & Rules
Yes, our vehicles can be driven throughout the state of Florida. Travel outside of Florida requires prior written approval. We do not allow our vehicles to be taken out of the United States.
No, all of our vehicles are strictly non-smoking. A cleaning fee of $500-$1,000 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found in the vehicle.
Track use is not permitted under our standard rental agreement. However, we can arrange special track day experiences at Homestead-Miami Speedway and other approved facilities with additional insurance coverage.
Cancellations made 72+ hours before the rental start receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48-72 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. We recommend booking with flexibility in mind.
Pets are not permitted in our exotic and luxury vehicles. A deep cleaning fee of $500-$1,000 will be charged if pet hair or damage is found.
Late returns are charged at an hourly rate (1/8 of the daily rate per hour) for the first 4 hours. After 4 hours, a full additional day is charged. Please contact us if you anticipate a late return so we can accommodate your schedule.
